Lamb's Heart Loaf Recipe

Ingredients for Lamb's Heart Loaf

• 2 lambs' hearts, passed through meat chopper
• 3 cups bread crumbs
• 1 onion, peeled, chopped
• 2 eggs
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
2. Place mixture in a washed cheesecloth.
3. Roll and tie both ends with a string.
4. Boil slowly for 1 hour in salted water.
5. Remove from water, untie loaf and take off the cheesecloth.
6. Then serve.
7. Any sauce can be served with the loaf.
