Ingredients for Junket

  • 3 cups milk, warmed slightly
  • 1 tablespoon liquid rennet
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Stir the rennet in the milk.
  2. Add the almond extract.
  3. Turn into a pudding dish.
  4. Let stand until it begins to thicken before moving.
  5. Serve cold.
