Ingredients for Italian Cannoli Recipe
- 2 lbs. ricotta cheese
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces or grated sweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp. citron
- 10 candied cherries, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cheese with powdered sugar and chocolate.
- Add citron, cherries, and cinnamon.
- Use electric mixer until well-blended.
- Place in refrigerator overnight to chill.
- The following day, stuff each of the cannolis with mixture.
