Ingredients for Honigkuchen (from Holland)

• Nutmeg
• Grated rind of 1 lemon
• ¼ pound chipped citron
• 1 ounce candied ginger
• Yolks of 4 eggs, whites of 2
• ½ teaspoon soda
• 1 cup flour
