• 1 pint milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Mix the dry ingredients together with the butter.
2. Scald the milk and pour into the meal, stirring constantly.
3. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
4. Drop by spoonfuls on a buttered pan and bake at 450 degrees until evenly browned.
