Ingredients for Hard Boiled Eggs With Celery And Oysters Recipe

• 8 eggs, hard boiled, shelled, sliced
• 1/4 stalk celery, washed, cut in small pieces
• 12 oysters, off the shell
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/3 cup cream
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the celery in salted water for 18 minutes.
2. Drain off water.
3. Put celery, cream, butter, seasonings, oysters, and hard boiled eggs in a sauce pan.
4. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes.
