Hamburger Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients for Hamburger Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 1.75 Lbs hamburger
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 green or black olives, depending on your taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 of cup of milk
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In medium pan, brown ground beef and diced onion.
- Combine flour, salt and pepper and soup with beef and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add milk and continue simmering.
- Bring medium pot of water to boil.
- Once boiling, add 8 oz. egg noodles and cook according to package directions.
- Remove and drain noodles from pot.
- Layer half of noodles, hamburger mixture, and cheddar cheese in 3-quart greased casserole dish.
- Repeat layers, ending with the cheddar cheese as the top layer.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
