Ingredients for Ham Steak With Tomatoes

• 2½ pounds ham steak, in two pieces
• 6 tomatoes, sliced
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

1. Place the ham steaks in a baking pan.
2. Arrange the slices of tomato on top of the ham steaks.
3. Place 1 tablespoon of butter and the pepper on top of each steak.
4. Bake in hot oven for about 8 minutes.
5. Then serve.
