Ingredients for Halibut With Anchovies
- 1½ pounds halibut
- 8 filets of anchovy, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ½ lemon, juice only
- ½ cup water
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Butter a baking dish.
- Mix anchovy with the butter.
- Place halibut in baking dish.
- Pour the water over it, and add lemon juice, butter and seasonings.
- Bake in oven for about 25 minutes.
