Ingredients for Ground Beef And Potato Bake Recipe

• Beef (leftover) passed through meat grinder
• Potatoes, peeled, passed through meat grinder
• Egg
• Butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Mix beef, potatoes, seasonings and egg together.
2. Place in a buttered frying pan.
3. Bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
4. From time to time press down with a pancake turner.
5. Use equal amounts of beef and potatoes for the best results.
