Instructions

1. Creamed Recipe 1, Cook as above and pour over a cup and a half of peas a scant cup of white sauce.
2. Make the sauce after the usual formula, but as there will be a little liquid in the peas, use a little less liquid in making the sauce.
3. Rich milk or thin cream may be used for the sauce.
