Instructions

  1. Put 1 cup of grape pulp and skins through sieve; add 1/3 cup fine bread crumbs; 2 eggs, 1 extra yolk, well beaten; 1/2 teaspoon each salt, cloves, and cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; 1/2 cup grape juice.
  2. Steam in buttered mould.
