Ingredients for Grape Juice Charlotte Russe Recipe
- 1 teaspoon of granulated gelatine
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of grape juice
- 1/2 cup of double cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Candied violets
- 1/2 cup of hot grape juice
- Ladyfingers

Instructions
- Soften the gelatine in the 1/4 cup of grape juice.
- Add both to the hot juice and let gelatin dissolve.
- Add sugar and lemon juice and let the mixture become cold.
- Beat egg white dry and gradually mix the grape mixture into it.
- Continue beating until the mixture will hold its shape, then pour into glasses lined with ladyfingers.
- With pastry bag and star tube, decorate with the cream, beaten firm, and the candied violets.
