Ingredients for Grape Gelatine Recipe
- 1¾ cups grape juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ ounce of gelatin, cooked in
- 1 cup hot water
- A few grains salt
Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin as usual, by soaking it in three changes of hot water.
- After it is drained the last time, cook it in the one cup hot water till it dissolves, then strain it into the remaining ingredients, which have been mixed together.
- Turn it into a mold or into cups wet with cold water.
- When cold, turn it into a mold or into cups wet with cold water.
- When cold, turn it out of the mold, and serve with custard sauce or apple whip.
