Ingredients for Grape Fruit En-mayonnaise. Recipe

  • 2 heads lettuce
  • 1 grapefruit
  • French dressing
  • Mayonnaise dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the lettuce and make a nest in a salad bowl.
  2. Sprinkle over it the French dressing.
  3. Peel the grapefruit and separate into sections. Split the membrane so that the pulp of the fruit can be extracted. Separate into small bits and place in the prepared nest.
  4. Cover with a mayonnaise dressing and put away in a cool place until ready to serve.
