Ingredients for Grape Fluff

  • 2 pounds grapes, red or white, rubbed through a sieve
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. In rubbing the grapes through the sieve, use a sieve which is fine enough to retain the seeds.
  2. Mix the sugar with the grape pulp.
  3. Fill champagne glasses half full with the mixture.
  4. Finish filling the glasses with whipped cream.
