Ingredients for Graham Rolls Recipe

  • 1 pint Graham flour
  • 1 pint wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter or shortening
  • 3/4 pint milk

Instructions

  1. Sift together Graham flour, wheat flour, salt, and powder.
  2. Rub in the shortening.
  3. Add milk and mix the whole into a smooth dough that can be handled.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured board and form into rolls the shape and size of large fingers.
  5. Lay them on baking sheet so that they will not touch.
  6. Brush their surfaces with soft brush dipped in milk to glaze them.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees from ten to twelve minutes.
