Ingredients for Graham Gems Recipe 2

  • 1 1/2 pints Graham flour
  • 1/2 pint Indian corn meal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking-powder
  • 1 1/4 pints milk.

Instructions

  1. Sift together Graham flour, corn meal, salt, and powder.
  2. Add the milk, and mix into a moderately stiff batter.
  3. Half fill cold gem-pans, well greased.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for ten to twelve minutes.
