Ingredients for Gosling With Baked Pears

  • 1 gosling
  • 8 pears, peeled, cored with a corer
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup water
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put gosling in a roasting pan with the butter and seasonings.
  2. Roast in moderate oven for 35 minutes.
  3. Add the pears and water.
  4. Finish cooking together, about 20 minutes.
  5. Then serve.
