Ingredients for Ginger Custard Pudding Recipe
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix eggs and sugar, beating slightly.
- Add the flavorings.
- Pour over them the scalded milk.
- Strain through strainer.
- Fill a pudding dish with the custard mixture.
- Set pudding dish in a baking pan partially filled with boiling water.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
