Ingredients for Giblet Soup Recipe 2
- Giblets from 1 turkey or 2 chickens (heart, liver, gizzard)
- Wings and neck
- 2 onions, peeled, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons celery, washed, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 6 cups water
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put butter and onions in a stew pan.
- Fry lightly without allowing the onions to color.
- Mix in the flour and add the celery and seasonings.
- Pour in slowly the water, stirring constantly.
- Add the giblets, wings, and neck.
- Cover.
- Let boil slowly for 35 minutes.
- Strain through a strainer and serve.
