Instructions

  1. The ingredients are one dozen small boiled potatoes (cold), one quarter pound of bacon, two onions, a small piece of bacon (for frying), parsley, French dressing (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, chopped parsley and a very little mustard).
  2. Cut the one-quarter of a pound of bacon in small dice and fry (not too brown), mixing both bacon and fat with the salad.
  3. This is prepared an hour before luncheon or tea and well chilled in the ice box.
  4. Serve with hot buttered crackers, sprinkled liberally with paprika.
