Instructions

  1. Drain the syrup from a quart of canned fruit, bring it to a boil and add two level tablespoons of cornstarch, then beat in the pulp of the fruit, and lastly the well beaten whites of two eggs.
  2. Pour into mold, cool, and serve with whipped cream.
  3. It is even more delicate if half the whipped cream is folded in before serving.
  4. Any fruit can be used.
