Instructions
- Drain the syrup from a quart of canned fruit, bring it to a boil and add two level tablespoons of cornstarch, then beat in the pulp of the fruit, and lastly the well beaten whites of two eggs.
- Pour into mold, cool, and serve with whipped cream.
- It is even more delicate if half the whipped cream is folded in before serving.
- Any fruit can be used.
