Fruit Nut Sundae Recipe 1

Ingredients for Fruit Nut Sundae

• Wash, stone and cut in pieces
• ½ cup dates; cut in pieces
• ½ cup maraschino cherries; mix and add
• ¼ cup maraschino syrup

Instructions

1. 1/2 cup preserved figs cut in pieces and Syrup in which they are preserved.
2. Chill thoroughly and just before serving add 1/3 cup blanched almonds, halved and browned in the oven.
3. Serve on Vanilla mousse or ice cream.
4. This is an especially delicious sundae.
