Instructions

  1. 1 pint crushed fruits; sweeten; cook 2 tablespoons tapioca in 1 pint grape juice until tender; add salt and the juice of half a lemon, then the fruit; pour into timbale cups.
  2. Set on ice.
  3. When serving garnish with sliced peaches, wine jelly, and whipped cream.
