Frozen Tomato Salad Recipe 2

Instructions

  1. Strain 1 quart of cooked tomatoes and season with salt, paprika, sugar, nutmeg, and a little grated lemon peel.
  2. Freeze until firm in apple-shaped moulds.
  3. Cover with mayonnaise dressing, and serve at once.
