Ingredients for Frozen Cheese Recipe

• 1/4 pound (1 cup) American cheese
• 1 cup cream cheese
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 6 maraschino cherries, chopped fine
• 6 green mint cherries, chopped fine
• 1/2 pint cream, beaten stiff
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• Paprika, if desired

Instructions

1. Grate the American cheese, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Beat thoroughly.
2. Fold in the cherries and cream.
3. Freeze.
4. Remove to serving dish and sprinkle with chopped nuts or with paprika.
5. Serve with salad course.
