Ingredients for Fried Eggs, Sausages And Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• 8 eggs
• 8 sausages
• 4 sweet potatoes, medium size, peeled, sliced thin
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Put butter in frying pan and allow to melt.
2. Season the potatoes and cook them in the frying pan for about 10 minutes, then add the sausages.
3. Press together slightly and cook for about 10 minutes. This will make a cake.
4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts.
5. On each part, serve 2 fried eggs.
