Ingredients for Fresh Fruit Filling Recipe
- 1 cup thick cream, whipped
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon flavoring extract
- ¾ cup of any fresh fruit, peeled, sliced or diced
Instructions
- Peel and cut fresh fruit.
- Add sugar to whipped cream.
- Mix in beaten white of egg.
- Add the fresh fruit and the flavoring extract, mixing gently.
- Spread between layers of cake.
