Ingredients for Fresh Fruit Filling Recipe

  • 1 cup thick cream, whipped
  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon flavoring extract
  • ¾ cup of any fresh fruit, peeled, sliced or diced

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut fresh fruit.
  2. Add sugar to whipped cream.
  3. Mix in beaten white of egg.
  4. Add the fresh fruit and the flavoring extract, mixing gently.
  5. Spread between layers of cake.
