Ingredients for French Toast Recipe 2

  • 12 slices bread, 1/4 inch thick
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs. Add the milk and salt.
  2. Dip slices of bread into this mixture and sauté in a little butter, turning once, until lightly browned on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
