Instructions

  1. Beat well the yolks of 4 eggs; add slowly 1 pint hot milk, and flavor with vanilla.
  2. Beat the whites of 4 eggs stiff, adding 1 cup powdered sugar; add 1 cup slightly beaten rich cream, fold the custard into the mixture and freeze.
  3. Keep stirring while freezing.
