French Dressing no. 2 Recipe

Instructions

1. Rub the inside of a bowl with onion.
2. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt with 3 tablespoons of salad-oil, and slowly add 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
3. Beat well, then add 3 more tablespoons of the oil, and another tablespoon of vinegar.
4. Continue beating until the oil and vinegar are well mixed and the dressing is of a creamy appearance.
5. Use the dressing as soon as it is mixed, as the parts separate quickly.
