Ingredients for Flank Steak With Vegetables, Boiled

  • 4 to 5 pounds flank steak, in 1 piece
  • 6 carrots, peeled
  • 6 turnips, peeled
  • 6 onions, peeled
  • 2 parsnips, peeled
  • Water
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boiled Recipe, Put all ingredients in a kettle.
  2. Cover with water to 4 inches above the top of food materials.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Place cover on kettle and boil slowly until meat and vegetables are tender, about 2 hours.
  5. Then serve.
