Ingredients for Fish With Potatoes And Cheese
  • Fish (leftover), cooked, boned, flaked
  • Potatoes, peeled, sliced, boiled for 5 minutes
  • Cheese, Swiss, grated
  • Butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions
  1. After the potatoes have been boiled, drain off the water.
  2. Mix them with all the other ingredients in a baking dish.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes in moderate oven.
