Ingredients for Fish Taco Recipe
- 1 pound fresh fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
- 8 medium flour tortillas or taco shells, warmed
Instructions
- Mix together the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, orange juice, and spices.
- Place fish in the sauce and refigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove fish from sauce and cook in a pan over medium heat.
- Break the fish into small pieces with a fork.
- Place fish in tortillas or taco shells.
- Top with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
