Fish Taco Recipe

Ingredients for Fish Taco Recipe

  • 1 pound fresh fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
  • 8 medium flour tortillas or taco shells, warmed

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, orange juice, and spices.
  2. Place fish in the sauce and refigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove fish from sauce and cook in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Break the fish into small pieces with a fork.
  5. Place fish in tortillas or taco shells.
  6. Top with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
