Ingredients for Fish Loaf
- 2 cups cooked fish or 1 can fish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup thick white sauce

Instructions
- Drain the fish and tear into small bits.
- Add the salt, the beaten egg yolks, the white sauce and the beaten egg whites.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for twenty or thirty minutes.
