Ingredients for Fish Loaf

  • 2 cups cooked fish or 1 can fish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup thick white sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain the fish and tear into small bits.
  2. Add the salt, the beaten egg yolks, the white sauce and the beaten egg whites.
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for twenty or thirty minutes.
