Instructions

  1. Soups, Etc. Recipe, Cover the bones, skin and trimmings of fish with cold water.
  2. Add a tablespoon, each, of carrot, onion and celery, a branch of parsley and a piece of pepper pod for each pint of water.
  3. Let simmer an hour or more, then strain off and use as meat broth.
