Ingredients for Finnan Haddie Hash
- 1 finnan haddie
- 1 quart water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces
- 1 red pepper, seeded, cut in pieces
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the finnan haddie in the water for about 10 minutes.
- Remove finnan haddie from water.
- Skin, bone and flake it.
- Put butter, seasonings and green and red peppers in a stew pan.
- Cover.
- Let cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then serve.
