Instructions
- Slice equal quantities of figs and bananas, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and place in a mold half full of whipped cream.
- Pack in ice and salt for two hours before serving.
- The quantity of each ingredient may vary according to supply at hand and as long as the mold is full to running over the mousse will be equally satisfactory.
- It is delicious and may be served with or without cake.
- I usually serve it alone for dinner, with cake for a formal luncheon.
