Escalloped Fish Recipe

Instructions

  1. Flake cold boiled fish with a silver fork.
  2. Butter a baking dish and fill it with alternate layers of fish, crumbs and sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and bake till light brown.
  4. Cook scallops in the same way, using the juice with milk, to make a white sauce, and seasoning with mustard and paprika.
