English Walnut And Water Cress Salad. Recipe

Instructions

  1. Two dozen English walnuts, two bunches water cress, French dressing.
  2. Crack the nuts, and take out the kernels with as little breaking as possible.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over them and lay on a bed of cresses.
  4. Serve with a French dressing.
