Ingredients for Endives, Cream And Cheese, Baked
- 8 endives, washed, cleaned
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup cheese, grated
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Cream And Cheese, Baked Recipe, Boil the endives in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put endives and butter in a baking dish.
- Season.
- Pour over them the cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
