Ingredients for Endives, Cream And Cheese, Baked

  • 8 endives, washed, cleaned
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup cheese, grated
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Cream And Cheese, Baked Recipe, Boil the endives in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Put endives and butter in a baking dish.
  4. Season.
  5. Pour over them the cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  6. Bake in moderate oven for about 10 minutes.
  7. Then serve.
