Ingredients for Eggs Poached In Mazola Recipe

• 2 tablespoons corn oil
• 2 eggs
• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Pour enough corn oil in the frying pan to barely cover the bottom and heat.
2. Break the eggs, one at a time, into a saucer and slide them into the corn oil.
3. Dust the eggs with salt and cook slowly so the egg will not be browned about the edge.
4. Baste the yolk occasionally with a little of the hot corn oil.
