Ingredients for Eggs Poached In Mazola Recipe
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Pour enough corn oil in the frying pan to barely cover the bottom and heat.
- Break the eggs, one at a time, into a saucer and slide them into the corn oil.
- Dust the eggs with salt and cook slowly so the egg will not be browned about the edge.
- Baste the yolk occasionally with a little of the hot corn oil.
