Ingredients for Eggs Poached In Cream Recipe 1
- 1 cup thin cream
- Small pot boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 fresh eggs
- 2 rounds toast

Instructions
- Pour thin cream into the pot of boiling water.
- When the cream shows tiny bubbles at the edge, add one-fourth a teaspoon of salt and break in two fresh eggs.
- When the egg white begins to set, separate the eggs from the pan with a spatula.
- When they are set throughout (this can be told by noting the condition of the eggs when the pan is gently shaken), place them on the toast.
- Pour the cream over the whole and serve.
