Ingredients for Eggs In Batter Recipe

• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 tablespoons thick cream
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons fine stale bread crumbs

Instructions

1. Mix cream, bread crumbs, and salt.
2. Put one-half tablespoon of mixture in egg-shirrer.
3. Slip in egg and cover with remaining mixture.
4. Bake six minutes in moderate oven.
