Ingredients for Eggs Benedict Recipe

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 rounds thinly sliced ham
  • 6 rounds buttered toast
  • Mock Hollandaise sauce
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the toast while pan-broiling the ham. Once cooked through, place the ham on top of the toast.
  2. Keep the toast and ham warm while poaching the eggs.
  3. Place an egg on top of each slice of ham, cover with the sauce, and garnish with parsley.
