Ingredients for Egg White Chocolate Meringue Recipe

  • Whites of egg (leftover), about 3
  • Sugar, about 4 tablespoons
  • Chocolate, grated, about 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar and chocolate, beating all the time.
  2. Drop on buttered sheet of paper with tip of spoon.
  3. Bake in slow oven for about 3 to 4 minutes.
