Ingredients for Egg White Chocolate Meringue Recipe
- Whites of egg (leftover), about 3
- Sugar, about 4 tablespoons
- Chocolate, grated, about 3 tablespoons

Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar and chocolate, beating all the time.
- Drop on buttered sheet of paper with tip of spoon.
- Bake in slow oven for about 3 to 4 minutes.
