Ingredients for Egg Timbales Recipe 3
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Beat the eggs, then add the milk and salt and continue beating.
- Pour into oiled timbale molds or custard cups.
- Set in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven until set.
- Remove from molds and serve surrounded with peas, bread sauce, tomato sauce, or on cream-gravy toast.
- A smaller proportion of milk, 1/4 cup per egg, may be used.
