Ingredients for Egg Timbales Recipe 1
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- A few drops of onion juice, if desired
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Break eggs into a bowl with salt, pepper, and onion juice.
- Beat until thoroughly blended, then gradually add the milk.
- Divide equally among six well buttered timbale molds (common cups will serve the purpose).
- Place the molds in a pan half filled with hot water and bake in a moderate oven about 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until firm to the touch.
- Remove carefully and place on a heated platter, pouring bread sauce around.
